Through our practice leads and an associate base of consultants who are leading experts in their field, we bring thought-leadership and hands-on support to large-scale transformation programmes.
Our HR Transformation service line supports clients not only reducing HR costs but also improving the value of HR – through delivery of a coherent HR strategy, HR Operating Model and HR Organisation which is fit-for-purpose. In particular, we have experience in the design and delivery of HR Shared Services, development of HR Business Partner Models and of improving HR Centres of Excellence. We also support clients during the selection of HR Technologies and provide Programme and Project Management and Organisational Change Management support during large-scale HR Transformation programmes.
Our Finance Service Line provides a professional consulting service, driven by qualified consultants, many of whom have 15 years plus operational and consulting experience, with Big 4 practice experience. The scale of our work ranges from provision of a few hours of coaching for a Finance Business Partner, right the way up to full delivery of Global Shared Service Centre from concept to post-go Live. Our largest Finance Shared Service Centre and ERP (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft) projects have impacted 50 countries, but we are equally as passionate spending a few hours with a client to solve a problem. Our engagement often starts with our 4 day audit programme, which focuses on quick win and longer term benefit areas. Our Finance consulting track record includes numerous FTSE100 and FTSE250 companies, and major public sector organizations.
Our IT Transformation service line offers our clients the opportunity to gain more value from their IT projects and programmes. We have niche skills in the transformation of traditional IT programmes and projects into Agile approaches and the definition, platform selection and delivery of customer relationship management solutions - both on premise and on demand. Voyager Solutions can also help clients to recover off-track projects and programmes through its advisory services for both IT and non-IT.
Complementary to our HR Transformation service line is our Learning Management System's delivery capability and the application of our Agile project delivery techniques to non-IT change projects - we believe that other change programmes can also benefit from some of the approaches enjoyed by the IT industry.
