Voyager Academy provides a real learning framework that simulates an entire organisation, and is used by clients and Consultants as a basis for learning consulting skills based on Organisational Change Management. The Academy uses Voyager Handbooks™ as a foundation for many of the courses.

Voyager Academy provides:

A simulation of a global organisation including full organisation pictures, charts, video clips and simulated office / factory units. The colourful and practical formats provide a great basis for educating multi-language programmes.
Course modules which provide an introduction to the challenges of particular organisational departments, including Finance, HR, Forecasting, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and IS.
Facilitators who simulate key roles including Finance Director, IT Programme Manager, Process Designers and Change Manager to focus on behaviours.
Additional specialist course modules to focus on cultural differences in global projects, and how to maximise opportunities and minimise the problems that are caused by a lack of understanding of such differences.
A framework for simulating a project (eg. ERP, Shared Services) by role playing what happens during a standard project lifecycle (eg. SAP, PRINCE2) allowing participants to use real methodology to practice in a simulated project environment.
